This appointment is reserved for individuals/families who are picking up their puppy in person. All balances must be paid in full prior to your scheduled pickup time to ensure a smooth and timely transition. During your Puppy Pickup Appointment, we will review final care instructions, provide documentation, and complete the official transfer of your puppy. Valid ID may be required at pickup. Pickups are strictly by appointment only. No walk-ins or unscheduled visits are permitted.
Política de cancelación
To ensure availability for all clients and to protect the time reserved for your appointment, we require advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. You MUST book an appointment if you are picking up your puppy locally, or getting delivery services. Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice (no-show) will be charged the applicable no-show fee. Cancellation and no-show fees are non refundable. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as last-minute cancellations often prevent us from offering appointment time to other clients.
