Section III - Reservation Deposit, Transfers & Payment Policy
All deposits made to Little Lion Pups LLC are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Submission of a deposit confirms the customer's commitment to a specific puppy and reservation timeline.
While deposit transfers may be permitted on a limited basis, they are strictly controlled and time-sensitive.
A non-refundable transfer fee or cancellation fee of $100.00 is required for any approved transfer request. The transfer will not be processed until the fee has been paid in full. This fee does not go towards any balance.
Deposits may only be transferred one (1) time. Once a transfer has been used, the deposit becomes final and non-transferable.
Transfer Deadline
All transfer request must be submitted and approved no later than the puppy reaching two (2) weeks of age, which is four (4) weeks prior to the payment deadline.
One the puppy reaches two (2) weeks of age or the balance due date has passed, no transfers will be permitted under any circumstances. At this stage, the reservation is considered final, and the deposit will be forfeited if the customer is unable or unwilling to proceed.
Transfer requests submitted close to the deadline may be denied or a higher transfer fee of up to $300.00 will be required. This prevents disruption to business operations and potential loss of placement opportunities.
Reservation Impact & Forfeiture Clause
By reserving a puppy, the customer acknowledges that the puppy is removed from the availability and m ay result in other qualified buyers being declined.
For this reason, transfer request are not intended for convenience, indecision, or delay. Any request that interferes with the timely placement of a puppy may be denied at management's discretion.
Failure to proceed after reserving a puppy within the required timeframe will result in immediate forfeiture of all funds paid, including the deposit.
Payment Plan Terms & Default
Customers enrolled in a payment plan are bound to a specific puppy, pricing, and payment schedule.
If a transfer request is approved while on a payment plan:
The existing payment plan agreement will be considered null and void, and all prior terms, inclding pricing and deadlines , will be cancelled.
If a customer cancels, fails to complete payments, or requests a transfer outside of the permitted timeframe, the reservation will be canceled and all funds paid may be retained by Little Lion Pups LLC.
Any approved transfer will require a new agreement and is subject to all transfer policies and fees. The agreement must be signed immediately and will reflect updated terms, which may include revised pricing, stricter deadlines, or full payment requirements.
Little Lion Pups LLC reserves the right to deny payment plan options after transfer and require the remaining balance to be paid in full.
Customers with missed, late, or inconsistent payments may be denied the option to transfer entirely.
Optional Transfer Without Fee
Little Lion Pups LLC may, at its sole discretion, allow a one-time transfer without a transfer or cancellation fee, provided the customer remains in good-standing and continues their existing payment plan without interruption.
All payments will be applied as a credit toward the new puppy, and the original payment schedule must be maintained.
Any missed, late, or altered payments will void this option, and standard transfer terms, fees, or cancellation will apply.
