Puppy Delivery
Service Description
Our Puppy Delivery Request option allows families to request delivery services for their puppy, including ground delivery or flight-based options when available. Submission of this request does not guarantee delivery and is subject to approval based on location, availability, and travel logistics. Delivery arrangements will not proceed without confirmation and required deposits being satisfied. Once your request is reviewed, you will be contacted to discuss pricing, timing, and next steps. This service is intended as a request only and not a confirmed booking until approved
Cancellation Policy
To ensure availability for all clients and to protect the time reserved for your appointment, we require advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. You MUST book an appointment if you are picking up your puppy locally, or getting delivery services. Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice (no-show) will be charged the applicable no-show fee. Cancellation and no-show fees are non refundable. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as last-minute cancellations often prevent us from offering appointment time to other clients.
