Meet & Greet Policy 

At Little Lion Pups, our top priority is the health and well-being of our puppies. In order to protect their developing immune systems and provide a structured experience for our customers, we follow a strict Meet & Greet Policy. Please review the details below carefully prior to booking appointment. 

 Virtual Meet & Greets (Puppies Aged 1 day to 3.5 Weeks Old

  • Due to the vulnerability of newborn puppies, only virtual appointments are permitted from birth until they are approximately 3.5 weeks old. 

  • Puppies at this stage have underdeveloped immune systems and are highly susceptible to illness. Virtual appointments ensure their safety while still allowing you to view and inquire about them. 

  • Appointments are conducted via video call, and scheduled time slots are strictly followed. 

In-Person Meet & Greets (After 3.5 weeks of age) 

  • Puppy visits available only on Saturdays and Sundays, with appointment slots between 10 AM - 5 PM. We do not offer in-person appointments during the weekdays 

  • Once puppies have reached at least 3.5 weeks, in-person visits may be scheduled. 

  • At this point, their immune systems have strengthened enough to safety accommodate visitors under controlled conditions. 

  • In-person visits are conducted by appointment only and must be pre-approved. 

  • These visits are held at our location in Cary, NC, either at our Club house or at the Bark Park. We do NOT allow people directly inside our home due to security risk. Sadly, there have been cases of breeders being robbed or targeted after home visits. 

Booking Fee Policy

  • A $10 non-refundable booking fee is required to schedule both virtual & in-person appointments. If you would like to move forward with the process and place your deposit, the booking fee will then be applied towards the balance of puppy. 

  • ​The purpose of the fee is to confirm serious interest, reserve your time slot, and compensate for the time and preparation involved in every appointment.

  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.  (For example: If you're looking to visit puppies on a Friday, please book appointment on a Wednesday). 

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited and will require rebooking with an additional fee. 

  • Missed appointments without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the of original fee. 

  • A new fee will be required for any rescheduled appointments, unless otherwise mention by our team. 

  • In-person visits are held outside at our Dog Park or at our Clubhouse, depending on the weather. 

  • If you plan to bring more than 3 people along with you on the visit, please notify us of this prior to the visit. 

Health & Safety Protocols 

  • If you are sick, showing symptoms, or have recently been exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment. Please reach out to us to see if we can work something out for you. 

  • If WE feel like you are sick, we reserve the right to dismiss you. 

  • Sanitation measures may be required during in-person visits to protect the puppies, including handwashing or sanitizer use. 

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or deny appointments to protect the health of our litters.
